How it works

Walkthrough

The property is visited, assessed and a clear picture of what's needed is established. The walkthrough is complimentary and forms the basis of the quote.

Clear quote

A quote is provided based on what the project actually involves, with a confirmed starting date.

Project completed

The work is carried out carefully, removing visual noise, improving flow, and creating a sense of calm and order - intentionally, and with respect for the space and the people connected to it.

Property ready

The space is ready. For photos, for viewings, for guests, for whatever comes next.

Your Questions, Answered.

  • After a walkthrough or brief conversation about the space, you'll have a quote within 48 hours. Most projects are scheduled to begin within two weeks of acceptance, depending on availability. If you're working to a listing date or a guest arrival, mention that upfront — it helps to plan around what actually matters.

  • It depends on the size of the space and what it needs. Most resets are completed in a single day — you hand over the key in the morning and come back to a finished space. Larger properties or full-property edits may run across two days. Either way, you'll know the timeline before anything begins, so there are no surprises.

  • No - and most clients prefer not to be. The usual approach is a key handover, and you return to a space that feels like itself again, only better. If you'd rather be present or nearby, that works too. It's your home, and the process should feel comfortable.

  • Cleaning addresses hygiene. A reset addresses how a space reads. Espacios works with layout, light, flow, and what gets left out — not mops and products. The two aren't in competition: if a clean is needed before the reset, that's a separate step, and it's easy enough to coordinate.

  • Yes, repositioning pieces is often central to the work. A sofa in the wrong place, a table that interrupts the flow, a chair that belongs in another room entirely: these are the kinds of decisions a reset resolves. Anything that needs to leave the property — stored items, old furniture, things that have simply accumulated — can be handled as an add-on, so it doesn't become your problem to sort.

  • Primarily furnished. The whole approach is built around working with what's already there - editing and reorganising rather than starting from scratch. For new builds and empty properties, Espacios offers a setup service that works with your budget and your vision to furnish and style the space from the beginning. It's a different brief, but the same instinct: the space should feel intentional from the moment someone walks in.
